Shipping Instructions

Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within approximately 14 business days after the order is placed (excluding the date of order, weekends, and national holidays).
Delivery Hours: Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. There is no delivery service arranged on weekends or holidays.

Convenience Store Pickup:
- Please pay attention to the arrival notification via SMS.
- Items must be picked up within 5 days of arrival at the designated store.
- Please do not leave packages unclaimed without a valid reason. If an order is returned due to a failure to pick it up, the customer shall be responsible for any resulting shipping costs or losses.
